Hi there - the only thing conceptia recommended for me at this point for Vitamins is a pre-natal vitamin and 1000 IU per day. My husband has a lower count, and we have him on Fertilaid - he is going for his new SA next week, so we will see if that helped at all. Not sure if it has any benefits or not but we figured it was worth a try! I believe they also have a female version but I haven't taken it. Just be sure to read the vitamin contents - what I have been finding is some of these ones that are associated with fertility are expensive and when you read the vitamin content they aren't that different from some of the regular items you can get fairly inexpensively at the pharmacy!

I took 600 mg of coQ10 and did acupuncture twice a week.  My husband took an herb combination from our acupuncturist as well.  We cut out all grain carbs, sugar, and alcohol.

You both need to take them for 3 months as that is development cycle for eggs and sperm.

I did acupuncture and the following:

CoQ10, melatonin, Royal Jelly, Vitamin D, Pre-Natal, Omegas

Hubby did

CoQ10, Vitamin A, Omegas, Folic acid
