Has anyone had experience of rechecking bloodwork because it showed cmv as having it before. The nurse said it was common but looked online and is worrisome

I'm cmv positive too and had 2 successful pregnancies. I think it's an issue if both you and your partner have it?? I can't remember exactly...
See about me for details of our journey to become parents to 2 beautiful children

Majority of the population is positive.  It is only a (possible) problem if you are negative but for example using a sperm or egg donor that is positive, there is small chance of transmitting the virus to you and then can cause issues in pregnancy.  If you already had it though, it's not an issue for you.

Me: 40 41 42 43 44 45, single, FSH 6, LH 2 (FSH not high, but exceeded 2:1 ratio), DOR (AFC 5-7, v.low AMH), all else normal/healthy.

After a difficult 6 year journey of everything going wrong, amazing baby boy born Dec 2018.  Donor sperm + DEB-USA donor eggs.  Detailed journey in 'about me'.
