CReATe Fertility Centre (Toronto, Ontario) is conducting an online survey study to explore the views of past and current Canadian gestational carriers. Participation is completely anonymous and no personal identifying information will be asked for.
Participants have a chance to win an iPad Air (16GB) or a gift card with equivalent cash value.
Eligibility to participate:
- You have direct experience as a gestational carrier, past or current;
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of participating in a surrogacy;
- You must be living in Canada during the surrogacy process; and
- You did not use your own eggs for the surrogate pregnancy. (i.e. no genetic contribution to the child you helped to gestate)
This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
