Hi all,

 

I'm an Olive patient. Just saw their blog posting via Facebook, that Bravelle purchased between June 29, 2014 and October 23, 2015 has been recalled.

I'm a tad perturbed we weren't contacted, but happy they investigated the recall and that all seems well. I called to get my refund; they're sending a refund kit and it seems straightforward.
