Behaviour post-transfer during 2ww

I've opened this poll because I'm curious to see what comes out as I have read so many different opinions on the web regarding the best things to do during the 2ww. Maybe the results will have no significance at all but maybe they will and maybe they will help us...At least we'll know what many of us do...

Thanks for the message and best of luck for the 2ww. You must be very excited and I'm sure you can't wait for the 10th!
I'm taking my next icsi attempt as soon as AF arrives, can't wait either, but I'm starting to get really sad that we have all these great results and no BFPs...
Best of luck!!!

The purpose of the poll is to find out what women who go through these procedures do during the 2ww that may help in getting BFPs. So hopefully (I'm praying for you!) you'll be among the lucky ones who get a yes at the end of the period and then, obviously, you do get to vote in the poll!

All the best and keep hoping for the good news soon!

I just wanted to say that I don't know how much I believe in this relaxing after ET. The 1st IVF, I cam home and did NOTHING for 3 days and failed, 2nd was a FET and stayed home for 5 days and did NOTHING, this past time was an IVF, I did do nothing the first day, but then went back to work the second day, planned, organized, setup and threw my husbands 30th surprise party. Cleaned like a maniac and I am now pregnant with twins. Geez if I would have known this the first time, lol I would have thrown everyone a party. So I am up in the air on the whole bed rest thing, but everyone is different. Good luck everyone.
Me- 28- both tubes removed, one due to ectopic pregnancy and other due to scarring(Doctor said would improve chances of IVF working)

May 26, 2009 Ultrasound # 2 Baby1 (Macaroni) =7.5mm and 124bpm and Baby 2 (Cheese) = 7.7 mm and 134bpm. Both doing great! I am so relieved.

I had my first FET on Wednesday (had 2 previously failed fresh cycles). They transferred 3 embryos (one was 12 cells, and the other 2 were already compacted.) Experience some cramping during the actual transfer. Then went home and relaxed. Continuing to take it easy (walking around the house a few times daily). And will stay at home until I have to go in for my pregnancy test (except for a blood test I need to do tomorrow to see how my estrogen and progesterone levels are).
My only concern is that the day after the transfer, I was cramping a little bit, and called the nurse at my clinic. She advised that I take 1 advil.....so I did. However, later on that day, I was reading online and read that you are not supposed to take advil if you are pregnant. So of course I'm paranoid, wondering if I may have affected the chances of implantation by taking the one advil. Am I overreacting? I'd like to think the nurse wouldn't tell me to take something if it was bad for me. I am also on a number of different other medications including prometrium, levothyroxine, estrace, fragmin, and baby aspirin. Any input would be helpful. Thanks!

Don't take any more. I expect one won't hurt. Sounds like she made a mistake. I'm sure the warning pertains to continued doses. I hope you don't worry yourself silly. Think of all the people that get pregnant naturally and don't realise and are indulging in "dangerous" behaviour.
NK cells tested March17th 2010. HIGHLY ELEVATED - 24%
When did I realize I was God? Well, I was praying and I suddenly realized I was talking to myself.
