I'm at 167 as of this morning. I can fit into 1/2 of my pre-pregnancy clothes and the other 1/2 are a little tight but I feel like I'm getting there.
Going to keep watching what I eat. I really want to lose 10 more lbs at least. Summer is coming.

One thing I did do was to make sure to buy lower calorie, high fibre bread. One brand that I like is Stonemill. Being very careful reading labels of everything you buy is really important and by making better choices it helps to keep the weight off.

I met with a nutrionist yesterday, so I am definitely feeling more motivated now!
We`ve set some very reachable goals..increase my fruits/veggie, decrease grains, more water, walk at least 3 times a week.

So nothing earth shattering, but I think its good to be accountable to someone, and it's a place to start.

I might have to get one of those tickers so I can record my weight loss :)

Way to go Kellyanne!

I am at a standstill ... my body and I are in a battle with each other.
I have been at this since January 15th.
I go to the gym with the trainer 2 times per week and once on my own, I also get out and exercise on my own and yet I'm only STILL down 8 pounds. I lost that within 2 weeks of starting at the gym and since then ...nothing
I am seeing some results, my legs are more muscular and I can run faster and farther without getting winded.
My trainer says that my body is "for sure changing" and it very well could be but the numbers on the scale are not.

Please see "about me" section for details

Hey everyone!

Still at 152lbs. The weight loss has been slow for me.. but the fact that I am breastfeeding I think has something to do with it. I think WW doesn't cut to many calories as to not effect the milk supply. Better this way. Oh well, I only have 2 more pounds to go. My heaviest weight at the end of my pregnancy was 210pounds.. Then comes the maintance phase.

Keep your chin up Supermom. At least you are taking the right steps for a health body!

That's great KellyAnne!

How was your trip Tigerlady?

Tina - My trip was pretty good! Shelby was really good on the planes!! That was my biggest fear! We were visiting some relatives, one which is very ill. It was nice to get away, and our hotel has a pool, that was fun, the baby loves the water :-)

On the bright side, down one more pound :-)

Glad to hear your trip went well Tigerlady. Sorry about your sick friend! Are you still breastfeeding?

I have changed my workout schedule again. I will be doing spin class only 2 times per week now, and weight training 2-3 times a week. If KN sleeps well at night I will get to the gym in the morning. Spin classes are in the evening. I prefer to workout in the morning.. it's a good way to start the day:)

Glad to see that you are all doing well!

I had a set back by breaking my foot, I slipped on a dryer sheet and gave it a hairline fracture.
I've had 2 weeks not at the gym and just started back again.
The warm weather is motivating and so tonight im loading up my mp3 and tomorrow its back to the grindstone.

I think it's time for me to jump on the bandwagon. My goals are to get stronger and leaner and to fit into a size smaller pants by mid- June. I have two weddings to go to this summer and I don't want to buy a dress until I'm down to my pre-pregnancy size, if not weight. As a weight goal that's a pound a week but I may compromise on weight if the inches are coming off. I don't want to lose any more than a pound a week as I am breastfeeding.

Today: 155lbs
Goal:145lbs by June 20

My plan: Mom & Baby Fitness(aerobics), Yoga, and Pilates once a week each. Eventually add a weekly solo trip to the grown-up gym.
Cut down on stress-eating and snacking in general. Start to look at portion control at meals. Eat more veggies and drink more water.

My scale broke right after I joined this thread. Bought another a couple of days ago and am down two pounds. I'll take it.

Something is wrong with me, I have zero willpower .... ZERO!!!!!
I wake up every morning with great intentions but by 10am I'm like oh cake and then I eat it all and wash it down with a gigantic glass of guilt.
I dont understand why I am struggling so much this time. I lost 60 pounds without much difficulty so that I would increase my chances of getting pregnant and I had success so why is my head just not in the game this time around?!
I am angry and disappointed in myself.
