Hi,
Our lab has various levels of tests:
-Basic semen analysis
-Morphology
-Advanced
-Anti-sperm antibody
He has had these before and was ok, except for the Advanced (not sure what that entails).
Once he had bad morphology results when he had a virus & had gone in a hot tub/sauna, but upon a retest he was good.
We've also done 3 fertility treatments where they said he was good.
Our clinic says the basic is all we need for IVF.
He is 40 yrs. old now and we will be doing FET soon using my frozen eggs.
I want to be sure we cover all bases - do you think it makes sense to do all the above tests to be sure everything is totally good?
Thanks
