Just wondering if someone could give me an idea of how much Neupogen costs in Canada? I know it will depend on where you are in Canada but just looking for a rough cost to decide if this treatment is possible for us.

Hi there, when I used neupogen, the dosage was based on my weight. You get it in vials and its an injectables. I believe for 6 vials it was $1300 but insurance covers it since its not a fertility drug.  Hopefully your insurance will cover it too. I really believe that it helps with the body not rejecting the embryo. My clinic/RE uses it a lot and has seen success with it. I wish it brings you success. Good luck.

It all depends on how your RE wants to administer it in your protocol. My RE did a uterine wash so it cost me $300 ($150 x2 washes)

Mine would be a daily sub q injection starting when I would start progesterone :)

I was on it as a daily injectable for 3 months, definitely worth it seeing as it seemed to work. If I remember correctly, for 10 vials it cost about $2100. Each vial lasted 4 days. I have a good drug plan, so luckily it was covered for me.
Good luck.

Costco pharmacy sells them at $210.12 per vial (each vial has 300 mcg or 1 ml). I think most drug plans cover Neupogen.

Good luck!
