Concerned once more

As I had mentioned before, I had a break through of blood on May
5 (bright red heavy), went to my clinic had blood test done and u/s
and was told there was bleeding behind the embryo but was expelling
and to have a week of bed rest. It stopped and went to work after
a week. The day after started to spot again, went to reg. MD and he
did emerg blood work to check on hormone levels and emerg. u/s
M.D. phoned back stated that he was told there was blood behind
the placenta and could result in a miscarriage (I am now 8w4d).
The spotting is of a brown colour and if I remain calm and don't
do alot of physical movement the spotting seems to lessen to almost
nothing (which I assume is a good sign). However if I walk alot or
bend it seems to show a little more. No red blood at all thank goodness.
Could you let me know is this a common thing or only happens occasionally
and should be majorly concerned at this point. M.D. freaked me out
and am trying to gather myself again to a positive attitude for the sake
of the little one. Also, I going back to my clinic today for another u/s
to check and have comparsion done so RE can inform me of his thoughts.
Have you heard of anyone having this and deliverying a healthy baby
(so far mine seems to be happy). Also am going to have first prenatal
appt with my M.D. on Friday wondering if it's a good idea or should I
delay the process.
I think I'll stay off a month to let this heal properly if possible and then
return to work, is there any reason there would be a tear to cause this
and how could one tear the lining(if that is the case).
Thanks for your help and advise

This sounds good, rest as much as possible

Bleeding is not uncommon during pregnancy. It is important to relax and to do exactly waht your OB tells you.

Yes, many times
Good luck!
