I have recently been " officially" diagnosed with PCOS, and have been doing a lot of research.

I have herd great things about a natural pill called MACA. its been known to help with fertility and hormones etc... has anyone else herd this? tried it? have any positive or negative experiences?

thanks ladies :)

I have not tried maca, I try to stay away from natural supplements during treatment. I would ask tour dr about it before taking it on a regular basis. Here is an interesting article on maca, I think like anything its a trend...might help a little for energy level as the article states. http://www.pcosdiets.../maca-for-pcos/
