So we are waiting for genetic testing to come back but urologist is leaning towards XXY based on azoospermia and hormone results. Are there any couples where DH has XXY that were successful without donor sperm? DH is having a hard time accepting that route and we are looking for even a shred of hope :(. Sorry for all the posts lately this is just new to us, we always assumed it was my body that was keeping us from conceiving. Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear about this.  I believe some males can still produce a little bit of sperm even with azoospermia (because they typically look at a very small sample from the sperm sample your DH supplies when they do a sperm analysis), and then you can do IVF-ICSI (with PGD if you don't want to pass it on to your offspring).  Have you talked with an RE yet?  Hopefully, he has some that you guys can work with.

Good luck!

Yes we have seen an RE and a urologist who specializes in male factor. He's basically told us there's 0 chance, but it's not what I'm reading online. It breaks my heart that he can tell us 0 chance without even having the genetic results yet, and even if we do get te XXY diagnosis everywhere I'm reading there is still a chance, just not a big one
