I'm interested in know what my rights and my responsibilities as an employee are while participating in egg donation. I have a full time salary job that offers me vacation, and as many sick days as I need (no tracking, just don't come in if you're sick). It's a very good work environment, and I'm not hiding my participation and interest in egg donation.

I imagine that some appointments will require me to leave during the day for a bit, and I can make up the time/work. Is there anything I need to do, disclose or keep hidden, during this process to protect myself as an employee?
