Hi There,

I am new to the board so a little about my story.... me and my husaband have been trying for 5 years with one pregnacy that ended at 6w2d chemical.. we started the IVF journey this year which i was dignosed with PCOS (mild) see i am not overweight nor am i dibabetic and dont have many of the signs other then hormanes levels tend to not work with me and i only get my period 2-3 times a year.

We went through IVF and had FET May 5th - 1 b4bb implanted and found out last week i am pregnant, as excited as i am all i can do is worry, i have had cramping for few weeks mild, not painful just like af is on her way also today i noticed slight brown dischage if calculations are right i would be 5w3d. i called clinic and they said not to worry unless bright red, and alot of it or followed with pain - i am going crazy and want to know is this normal and has anyone else had this also i havent been feeling pregnant , i am on the progestrone shots and estrace , boobs have been tender but not so much today but other then that nothing again that worries me  HELP

Period like cramping and spotting is pretty normal, from what I've gathered, and it can continue on for a bit.  I wouldn't be concerned about that.  You could have a look at some of the cycle buddies and due date threads, you'll be able to follow all of the ladies progresses from transfer and beyond.

Congratulations on your positive result, try to enjoy that with as little worry as you can muster.

I heard light or brown spotting is OK. I also had cramps until about week 8. It felt like AF was on her way and everything was fine!

Congrats!

I had the exact same thing as you and the exact same time...it's most likely implantation spotting and cramping. It's totally normal.

If the bleeding turns bright red and becomes heavy or you have severe cramping get yourself to the hospital, just to be safe. But it doesn't sound like this is the case...so try to relax.

And congratulations on your pregnancy!

Sorry ladies, I was reading the thread and accidentally hit the reply button!  lol

I know spotting is worrisome, but I've had friends that spotted throughout their entire pregnancies.  Try as best as you can to enjoy and protect that little bean in there :)
