I will be trying another FET soon but find myself looking ahead in case it doesn't work (no more frosties).

I was thinking of starting to take some vitamins to improve egg quality, not sure if its a problem but so far only BFNs so its worth a shot.

I had thyroid ca a little over a year ago (and previous hashimotos) so have been on synthroid for a long time. I was wondering if there is any negative interactions between supplements like coq10 and royal jelly that would affect my tsh levels. We just realized that the estrogen from my previous cycle sent my tsh way up so I am very worried about making matters worse. Will it be a problem

also just wanted to know if any of these would cause harm during a frozen cycle. I know it wont help this transfer but am more thinking of down the road if we need to cycle again. I want to be prepared for a possible fresh cycle.

Thank you

I took CoQ10 with all my cycles and it never affected my TSH levels.
I did try Royal Jelly for about a month and didn't notice any changes either. Not sure if it would've had an impact had I taken it for a longer period of time.

I would also probably cycle the royal jelly. Like maybe only for the follicular part of your cycle.

Sorry about this cycle. Sending you positive vibes for your next FET.

Hi MrsBR,

Neither CoQ10 and Royal Jelly will negatively impact your thyroid health.

Hope you have a successful cycle!
