Just wondering, for those of you working or have physical jobs, after you got your BFP did you return to work right after your 2ww or did you take a few weeks off still?

Tubal ligation in 2008
Started IVF July 2013
sept 8- ER
sept 10th- freeze all due to OHSS
Retrieved and fertilized 19 eggs
13 frozen and ready when we are

Oct 23- cd3 went in for u/s and b/w
Natural FET cycle
Nov 8th- transferred 2, 5 day embryos---sticky vibes sticky vibes
November 18th-beta BFN

FET #2Nov 22/13 --Cd3 b/w and u/s
Dec 6- cancelled FET cycle due to early ovulation

December 13th- AF showed up early
December 15th- CD3
December 23- u/s and b/w- lining looks good
January 6th- FET BOOKED 9:00am
January 6th- 2 beautiful embies transfered
January 12th- 6dp5dt- hpt bfp

January 16th- scheduled beta
January 16th- BFP BFP BFP 1st beta- 224.5
Progesterone level 46.35
January 18th- second beta 501.5

February 6th- Scheduled 7 week ultra sound

I took one day off, and then back to work for me : )
Me - 36. DH - 38. DD - 2.5 years.
TTC since September 2006.
Had a Lap "just in case" - no endo.2 HSGs - all clear
3 IUI with Clomid - BFN1
IVF in jan 2011. No ET due to severe OHSS.
FET #1- BFN
FET #2 - BFN
FET #3 - BFN.
Tired of of the same old protocol and BFNs. On to VFC.
April 2012 - transferred 2 blasts. - our long awaited BFP!February 8/2013 - gave birth to a baby girl!What was different: cut out gluten, Endometrial biopsy, intralipids, Neupogen, Medrol, heparin, acupuncture right after transfer.

June 2015 - transferred one blast. BFP! Thank you VFC! EDD March 5.

I returned to work 5 days after my transfer and worked during the rest of my 2ww and have been working since!

Went straight from transfer to work. Like Meary said had to pay for this somehow.

I have a desk job, so I was back to work day after retrieval. I had the transfer on a Friday, and back to work for Monday. Get a medical note to avoid heavy lifting or strenuous actions.

Clomid 25mg: July 2012 - Cancelled cycle, no response :(
Clomid 50mg: August 2012 - two good follies, 19 and 15 when surging naturally. BFN
Clomid 50mg: September 2012 - no monitoring, started acupuncture. BFN
Clomid 75mg: October 2012 with acupuncture. Ovidrel trigger. BFP but sadly early loss.
Clomid 75mg: November and December 2012 with acupuncture. Both BFN
Natural cycle: January 2013 BFN Puregon 58-75mg: February 2013 with iui. BFN
Natural cycle BFN Round 2-5 of Puregon with iui: March to May 2013 all BFN
Hello IVF. Starting bcp June 2013, Suprefact, Puregon 150mg and Menopur 75.
Retrieved 9 eggs after 10 days of stims. 8 Mature and 7 fertilized. 6 divided normally.
Day 3 transfer of two embabies.
Positive beta!

Back to work

Have 3 fur-babies, 2 cats and 1 dog heart.gif

May 2010 got married heart.gif  decided to start a family, knew I had abnormal cycles, started the talks with the doctors

Nov 2011 found out it was POCS

Dec 2011 found out husband had low sperm count as well as mishaped sperm

Jan 2012 got on waiting list at McGill Fertility Centre at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal

Dec 2012 IVF # 1 from fresh embryo - th_abfn.gif  no frozen embryos cry.gif

Feb 2013 abandoned cycle as follicles were not growing cry.gif

May 2013 IVF # 2 from fresh embryo th_abfp.gif  ending with blighted ovum cry.gif  - froze 4 5 day  blastocysts

Sept 2013 IVF # 3 from frozen embryo th_abfn.gifcry.gif

Jan 14 2014 IVF#4 from frozen embryo.. th_abfp.gifon HPT 10dp5dt !!!!!!!!!! Bloods confirmed HcG leves at 286 11dp5dfet!!!! 2nd Beta 5w4d levels at 8506 biggrin.png  preggo.gif
