I was on Birth Control Pills in prep for a cycle but it got cancelled

So I was taken off I have not been able to get a period since Aug 16

I am 40 + yrs and my bloods does not show peri or menopausal

 

Can you please help with any suggestions? Anything I can do

Do you need your period to start to cycle? If so your dr can give you a Rx for provera (or similar drug). I waited a yr for my period to return after stopping birth control , my period showed up a week before seeing a fertility dr(many years on birth control). I also have pcos as well so wonky cycles anyways. Not sure this will help you.

I agree with Lesley...and also for a natural option you could try vitex as a first line intervention.  take the full daily dose in the am....and see if this works.  there are more complex options as well but this is a simple one that can help many women with post pill amenorrhea.
