My husband was diagnosed with non-obstructive azoo in 2010. His testicles are on the small to normal size (one urologist said normal the other said a tad small) and FSH is 28. He had a full genetic panal done and everthing was normal. Would a testicular injury when younger most likely be the cause of his azoo? His sister kicked him really bad between the the legs when he was 12 years and he was peeing blood.
I also have one more question....my husbands testicles during intercourse (in most posistions) go around the base of his penis and kind of up inside him. Afterwards he kind of just "pushes" them back down. Is this normal? And could it be tied to his azoospermia?
