I am trying to cut out caffeine in preparation for my medicated cycle for retrieval next month. I would like to replace coffee with herbal tea. I'm suffering from information overload! Which teas are safe prior to stimulated cycle, retrieval, FET and moving forward?
I read raspberry leaf tea is good but have read contradicting info as to when to stop drinking it before a stimulated cycle and then before a transfer. I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone could offer some advice?

Did you ever find any answers on which teas to have/avoid? I am thinking the same thing, I am going to try to cut back my coffee intake for about a month then work on just having tea, it would be interesting to see if there are some that we shouldn't have or if some would be  more helpful

I have heard that raspberry tea is good for preparation but should be stopped once you are pregnant, and then you can use it again to help get labour going when you are at the end of your pregnancy.

The nurse at my clinic recommended raspberry leaf tea to me. So it seems like it might be helpful during cycling and leading up to procedures.
