So, given that I have a beta that is doubling within a solid timeframe, but is low, I found this awesome article, one of the best on HCG that I have found, to share with all of you analyzing your first and second betas and rate of rise:

Note that the average for successful surviving pregnancies showed betas that rose on average 50% in one day and 124% in two days. Also, women with BMIs over 30 had lower HCG values, but as long as their betas were rising by the percentages within the timeframes, they went on to have successful live births.

 

Therefore, it really is true it isn't as much about the number as it is about the doubling time!

My betas seem low so far and I have been wondering about them....

50.6 at 11dp3dt
110 at 13dp3dt
218 at 15dp3dt
590 at 18dp3dt

Go for another beta tomorrow which will be 20dp3dt...... And ultrasound on Friday.......so nervous.
