I was just wondering if anyone has any experinece using Reprmed as a surrogate or with a surrogate?

I am currently a first time surrogate and I have my first medical screening at this clinic coming up in a few weeks. I have read mixed reviews about the overall clinic and I was just wondering if anyone has any recent experience on how they are with surrogates?

Thank you in advance.

REally long waiting times, but they do a great job coordinating between surrogates and IPs. All the surrogates I know really like the clinic

Diagnosed with endometrosis at age 19

5 pelvic surgeries

2 IVF, numerous FETs

2 different gestational carriers

Now mother of 2 year old twins.

Thank you so much! I am excited and nervous all at the same time. If anyone else has any other comments on this clinic it would be appreciated. Thanks again.

Best RE iin my opinion. He very much understands surrogacy dynamics.

He truly cares about his couples and surrogates.

Even after the birth of my last surrogate baby, Dr. Del Valle called and checked up on how things went.

Can anyone give me an idea of a cycle with Repromed (for egg retrieval, ICSI and bringing embryos to blast). I can't seem to find it on their website...

Hi!

I didn't work with a surrogate at repromed, but I had a successful ivf there.

The timeline/protocol will differ based on your specific case, but for me it went something like this...

1- 1 cycle of marvelon bc pills
2- on day 1 i went in for ultrasound and bloodworm
3- I started stims on day 3 or 5....I can't really remember
4- I stimulated for 10 days (before retrieval I was given oglatrutron to delay ovulation)
5-I was given the trigger shot and my retrival was 36 hours after that
6- I did a day 3 transfer, so i returned 3 days after retrival for the transfer

The protocol worked for me....from my first ivf...I now have a 7 weeks old baby girl!

Good luck!!

They charge $8000 up front....(not including meds). They charge for all possible procedures you may require during ivf, and will refund you if you dont use the service (eg. You get automatically charges for icis.....and will refund you if you don't end up needing or using it). The drugs you can purchase there they will call them into a pharmacy. I had my meds called in, but ended up having to purchase some ftom the clinic as the pharmacy couldn't get their hand on some of them.....
