Hi, does anyone here know how to get a reply from a coordinator or doctor or anyone at OVO?

We had one consultation and were given test requisitions - we would like to know what the results were, obtain a copy (since we paid for them fully) and ask our coordinator what are the next steps.

We have emailed all contacts at least 2x (both our coordinator & RE), left 2 voice messages, contacted reception and got passed off to someone else (no idea who) but again we got that person's voice mail (left that person a message but still no reply).

How do you get anyone there to respond to you???

I'd appreciate any tips you can share...

Thanks!

That sounds very frustrating! Normally they are pretty good about returning voicemails.

I would assume you'd have to make an appointment with a doctor in order to get your test results though.

Good luck!
