We are working to create more french language versions of the site. Although not an official launch the french forums are open and can be found in the link in the top navigation bar or directly here at fiv.ivf.ca .
Members of ivf.ca can automatically log in to those forums without having to re-register. Simply log in. Once you log in, in future it will automatically log you in to both boards when logged in to one or the other.
Give it a try and feel free to use those boards for french language posting.
