Hi i would like to know if for instance you do the whole treatment cycle...
and it didn't work out and when you pay the fees for the transfer but you end up not going through the transfer because of some problems before the transfer .
Will they return the money back? or just partial ?

Not too sure, but I think they give you back part of the money if you don't go through with the transfer. Hopefully that won't happen!!!

Hi Hope!
Unfortunately I have some experience in this department. As we are in different clinics you should ask....however it is standard that they take a portion of your IVF fee.

For example I paid $500 for my cancellation. However I know another cycler paid $1500 for her cancelled cycle. Both of us were stimming but neither made it to retrieval. Now if they retrieve but don't transfer anything.....hmmm....don't know about that but I have a feeling it's a full $$.

Hi Hope

I cancelled my IVF cycle. I only paid for any extra meds I may have required.

Good Luck

Hi Hope,

I know at my clinic (VFC) that once you make it to retrieval then you pay for the whole cycle. That is where a lot of time is invested on the clinic's and embryologist's part. The transfer is usually the easy part. Marty
