Thanks, already going a little stir crazy. I had a bad time with the stims and retreival , I have been off work since last Tuesday and in bed and my house they while time. I still have all of next week off work too. I'm thinking I have to get out of here soon or I'll go crazy

Yeah I took far too much time off work BUT if I
Had gotten AF at work I would literally crumble! I read a lot, took the puppy for many walks, watched movies, oh and my house could be Ina mr. Clean ad lol! I literally crave the weekends when my hub is home! I'm excited to go back to work on Monday! Hang in there, it's really not that long now that I think About it. I pretty much lived on this site!

Thanks Angel - I am elated but nervous that I have to back Sunday....BUT the nurse told me its routine with women "like me"....I guess I had one wonky tube! Kind of wondering if it had something to do with the fact that it was my doc on call today? I am just going to be thankful that they are trying to take such care of us =)

I try to be ok, it's hard. I just came back from the follow up appointment with my doctor V. She is such a nice person, I tried not to cry; She talked about my last cycle and the embryos etc. If I will decide to go through this again I will be on the same protocol. Let's hope for the best.
I'm trying to lose weight, enjoying goodlife and the bike, I hope it will work.... :-)
If everything will be ok if it comes to money I will be making a call with first day of period probably in August or September. We will see. Thanks again for everything and Good luck to you all. Congratulation ValleyGirl , Your signature made me cry, I'm so happy for you:-)

Congrats VG! I got my beta today as well. They also want me to come back for a 2nd beta not because they are worried about the number but rather because I have "blocked tubes" and the nurse also said because of my history...which I thought was weird because we had a late loss last year due to PTL. Anyways she told me to come back Monday? I was hoping it could be Sunday because I'm back at work Monday. Weird!

Missem - Wow - you and I got told pretty much the same thing today! My doc is unsure whether I have one blocked tube, so she said us "blocked tubers" come in for another beta. Sucks cuz I just want to ENJOY but I am going to be positive that it will stick and keep on going!

Notalone - I am pretty sure I had implantation spotting....like twice....its hard to say because the progesterone can cause pregnancy symptoms. BUT I did rush to my family doctor yesterday thinking I had a UTI. I was wrong and just peeing an extraordinary amount.

Left the house today for the first time in nearly 1.5 weeks other than Ofc. I have a lot of anxiety about everything. Had some twinges but not sure what if was. I have a real aversion to all food. This started before et so not something new. Analyzing everything. My goal is to the leave the house everyday next week. I'm in vacation from work until July 3. Scared to leave the house and start spotting, I would just be a disaster. I just feel extremely vulnerable right now.

I have pretty much been the exact same way! I couldn;t bear the thought of going back to work until after beta. I would be crushed if AF arrived at work and I would have to wait for my carpool to drive me home!
I went to the park last weekend with my hubby and the dog and I felt like I had "back fat" and a muffin top jiggling around so I went home, cried, chalked it up to PMS and went to bed for three hours. I think we just do what we need to do in order to get through it. Some people are best getting right back into the swing of things at work, I wasn't, and am lucky I have a bunch of vacation time banked.
I totally get how you feel. I am PRAYING for ya, those sound A LOT like the feelings that I was experiencing =)

Yeah I am EXCITED! He is so happy too, I made him talk to the nurse when she called so that he would hear it from a "medical professional"! I was worried when they initially told us to come back, but the nurse assures me that women with blocked tubes get 2 betas. I have one "suspect" tube so back to Ottawa we go! Just hoping this little baby keeps on growing!

Well that's good to know about having 2 betas if you have blocked tubes. Is that because of possible ectopic pregnancy?

Valley — Tell me everything you did this cycle. Were you low carb? Did you meditate? Did you eat more protein, avoid sweets, get more sleep? Did you exercise at all? Were you stressing or zen for most of it?

Kiwi - I sure hope not! I didn't ask, the nurse said they just do it for tubal issues. As long as I get good numbers I'm just going to keep hoping it worked.
Cheddar - I just ate as I normally do, cut down to one coffee a day, I even drank wine I occaision. I was not zen, I am the biggest worrywart in the world.

I lost maybe five pounds before ivf. But I feel it's back.

Yes, the weight thing. I'm 7 lbs "overweight" though I eat very well and exercise daily. I hope that doesn't have a major impact (the docs said it wouldn't).

Nov 30/12' - Egg Retrieval! 9 eggs from my left ovary, RE was unable to safely get into my right so we had to leave them all behind!
Dec 1/12' - 8/9 Fertilized with ICSI! Scheduled for day 5 ET on Dec 5/12'!!
Dec 5/12' - ET of TWO Day 5 Blasts! GROW BABIES GROW! XO!
Dec 12/12' - BFP on Multiple HPT's! Pinch me, is this real??!?
Dec 17/12' - BETA 259!!
Jan 10/13' - FIRST ULTRASOUND - TWO beautiful babies measuring on track. Heartbeats 141 and 153.
Jan 18/13' - First OB app't - Heartbeats 171 and 180! Already so in love with these two beauties!
Feb 11/13' - NT Ultrasound - Everything looks perfect! HB's both in 160's
