Hi Im501,

Someone recommended to me Pulling Down the Moon- Yoga Practices for Fertility. I checked out the website and was going to purchase it for $20. However, they want almost $30 for shipping to where I live so i didn't end up buying it.

Hi lm501,
You can check out www.yogaforfertilityresources.com
It is a website I created that has different videos, books and resources related to Fertility Yoga.

I do have my Fertility Yoga & Meditation Kit for sale right now for less than $20 which includes my Yoga for Fertility Handbook, 3 audio classes and 2 fertility meditations. You can find it on my website www.familypassages.ca

I hope that helps!
Hugs, Sue

Have you tired looking at "yoga for fertility" podcasts on iTunes? I seem to remember that there might be a few on there that might be interesting.
2011 Sept - Started TTC Journey
2012 April - Chemical Miscarriage
2012 May - Referred to OFC
2012 Sept - Diagnosed with PCOS

2012 Sept 30 - 1st round of Clomid

I got a yoga for fertility video years ago that was good, it was a dvd (I just googled yoga for fertility), it was a good DVD, but REALLY long, about 90 minutes.

Diagnosed with endometrosis at age 19

5 pelvic surgeries

2 IVF, numerous FETs

2 different gestational carriers

Now mother of 2 year old twins.

I am going to buy "Restoring Fertility". In Vancouver, we can buy it at Acubalance. http://www.acubalanc...ility-yoga-dvd. I think they also ship all over Canada. The DVD has 4 phases. So different exercises for each phase of our cycle. It has pretty good review at amazon.com.

Rebecca Hodson offers Fertility Yoga through the Halton Infertility and Pregnancy Support Services - www.hipps.ca

I'm sure if you contact her she can help make some recommendations if you can't make it to one of her classes.

TTC#1 April 2003 - Jan 2009
9 IUIs, 12 months Fermara, 4 months Clomid, 5 rounds of injectable, 1 LAP, 1 HSG, 2 Uterine Biopsies, 1 Postcoital, 1 IVF, 2 FETs... 2nd Fesh Cycle IVF - ++Beta 110!

TTC#2 - Dreams coming true... Surprise BFP Au Naturel! Never really started trying, but never gave up hope on dreams coming true. 20w2, after 6 days of strict bedrest, we lost our baby boy, Emmett to my incompetent cervix and he was born sleeping. 24cm long, 0.67lbs he was the most perfect little angel and has brought with him many lessons for us to remember him by.

Lightening strikes twice apparently>>>> May 24 ++HPT, Followed by ++Beta. Numbers are low, but doubling. EDD Feb1/2013 ~ Baby Boy arrived 5 weeks early in under 2hrs. Left me with 4th degree tears. 2 years later, still pending reconstructive surgery :( In that time hubby had a vasectomy. Never thought we'd have a chance to take fertility into our own hands

I also have the Restoring Fertility DVDs and really like them. Some of it is not really yoga per se, more like stretching exercises etc, but the sessions are nice and short (approx. 30 mins) and there are 4 different programs for different stages of your cycle. I also have the Yoga for Fertility DVD by Monica Morrell -- it is more traditional yoga, but longer approx. 60 minutes. I alternate between the two different ones, depending on how much yoga I have time for or feel like doing!
