My wife Val is a crafting fanatic and we'd like to develop a section on the board and site that is dedicated to hobbies of this nature. For now, just launching the forum. In time we'd like to utilize the downloads section and perhaps other site areas (including other domains we have) for this hobby. Hope those who are into this stuff will enjoy chatting about their projects and demonstrating what they've done and how they've done it.

Sounds great. I love scrapbooking and card making. Hard to find time to do it with an 8 month old. But love hearing others ideas.

I too absolutely love cross stitching 
I'll have to add a pic of the biggest and hardest picture I have ever done!! I gave it to my Baba for Christmas a few years back! I didnt know this many people enjoyed cross stitching. I thought I was the odd ball for doing it. My friends always harassed me.
I actually also enjoy making those small travel diaper wipe cases... so if anyone wants one I am more than willing to make one

I love fancy paper, especially bright colours! I started making cards last winter and love it! I don't scrapbook, I don't have the attention span to finish a whole page but a card I can do. I love stamping so much that I signed up to sell them for Stampin Up! I pretty much did it to get the discount on my start up kit

Jan. 14 E2 is 5297 (day 7) Aug. 19 E2 is 5971
Jan. 15 E2 is 7453 (day 8) a large unknown spot 2x4 on my uterus, don't know if et will happen
Jan. 16 E2 is 10102 spot is smaller 1x3 Day 9 Aug.21 E2 is 16400 12/17 follies are ready, trigger tonight, starting cabergoline (destinex) to avoid OHSS
Jan. 17 E2 is 14127 spot is smaller 1x2.5 still don't know if transfer will happen

i'm a big quilter - i've been quilting for many years buying fabric is like a huge addiction for me!! I wish i could post some pictures here but the files are too big and i'm not sure how to make them smaller.

U/S - Aug 3 - 35 weeks - induction date decided!! thank goodness - 'cause I am done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Induction date is August 18th - but I am already 2-3cm dialated - so we'll see if I meet 'the date'. Baby A weighs 6 lb 6 oz and baby B is 5lb 15 oz.
U/S - Aug 13 - 37 weeks - still sitting at 3cm dilated - confirmed induction date with L&D August 18th.
This pregnancy has been a long haul and I'm glad that it's nearly over!
Our 2 healthy baby boys arrived on Sunday August 19th - we are thrilled and over the moon......family is finally complete and now we can move on to the next chapter in our lives.......

U/S - May 10 - 23 weeks - cervix length 5cm - babies good - heart rates 140 -149.
U/S - May 24 - 25 weeks - check up went well.....confirmed that i will be induced or scheduled c-section for 38 weeks!!

U/S - June 28 -30 weeks - baby A still bum down and baby b head down.....it's looking like a c-section for me!
U/S - July 13 - 32 weeks - baby A has turned (head down) their weights - baby A 3lbs 15 oz and baby B 4lbs 3oz
U/S - July 23 - 34 weeks - both babies doing well - measuring right on track.
U/S - July 27 - 34 weeks - part 2 - just getting a 'quick' u/s done - babies lookin' good...though, baby B is being squished by baby A.....
U/S - Aug 3 - 35 weeks - induction date decided!! thank goodness - 'cause I am done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Induction date is August 18th - but I am already 2-3cm dialated - so we'll see if I meet 'the date'. Baby A weighs 6 lb 6 oz and baby B is 5lb 15 oz.
U/S - Aug 13 - 37 weeks - still sitting at 3cm dilated - confirmed induction date with L&D August 18th.
This pregnancy has been a long haul and I'm glad that it's nearly over!
Our 2 healthy baby boys arrived on Sunday August 19th - we are thrilled and over the moon......family is finally complete and now we can move on to the next chapter in our lives.......

Hi Lea, digital scrapbooking has become very popular. There are lots of free sites, you can google them. My friend prints them at costco for a couple of dollars.
I would suggest a class, you get to use many tools and learn ideas without having to make a big investment.

Waiting for the Embryologist to let me know if we are doing Day 3 or 5 transfer
Embryologist called all 5 embies are grade A
5 day transfer on March 17 ( I'm very excited!)
Transferred 2 embies 8 cell grade 4 BFN
Hospitalized Stage 4 ENDO. Me and DH decided to wait for a year before trying again to allow my mind and body to heal.

My DS got me int crafts...I've started scrapbooking, because I want to scrap his pics...I started a cross stitch for his room, and I knit a baby blanket for him too. I really enjoy scrapbooking...haven't made cards yet...but I'm thinking thats next!

I made this mobile for my little girl on the weekend. Still have to put on some finishing touches...

Me (Kerri-Lyn) 41, DH (Steve) 37, TTC since April 2007Unexplained IF (possibly crappy eggs, AMH 10.4 = poor responder) - HSG, SHGx3, Lap, Cycle Monitoring, Recurrent loss bloods, EMB, Karyotyping, DNA Frag - all normal! 7 IUI's, 2 cancelled IVF's, 3 complete IVF's, 1 FET, 2 clinics, 1 early miscarriage, lots of debt, lots of heartache, lots of tears. We rolled the dice and got lucky on our last ditch "close the door" cycle and have a beautiful little girl. April 2014 - Had the crazy notion to try for another. Oh wow! Thats beautiful! Good job! I'll have to find a few pictures to post of some of the work I have done. I like seeing pics of peoples crafts. Keep the pics coming everyone!
