I heard from a TCART RE that they recommend C0Q10, 600 mg a day
If some of you are taking this, have you found an economical way to buy it? It seems that buying a small bottle for $28.00 only gives 10 days worth.

thanks!

Thanks Tmarie! That's already a lot cheaper.
Before I find a friend to sneak me into Costco, does anyone have other cheap options?

Thanks!

Thanks ladies

I haven't shopped around yet, but was hoping someone might tell me Walmart had a good deal before trugding out there...Don't know if the other shop mentioned exists in Ottawa or not...

Have any of you done the same IVF protocol, with CoQ10 being the only change, and noticed a difference?
I'm wondering if there's any hope that 6 weeks of it will make a difference..but I suppose no one can tell me that :)

Dr. Bentov took me off of CQ but I think it was because of age. I'm actually being taken off of progesterone this next cycle and getting HCG support instead.

I think looking from your history, you've had good results in that you've been able to get pregnant. Have you asked about taking ASA if bleeding is a concern? I'm going to ask Dr. Bentov about that next time I see him in March.

Me: 33 DH: 39

National Nutrition is an online shop from Barrie, Ont. I think they have a store there. Incredibly prompt service. I received out CoQ10 in about a week.

Thank you
The bleeding I had was from a hematoma, so that was specific to that pregnancy...
ASA appears to be quite contraversial. I used it with my 2nd to last pregnancy which was a chemical one...
