Hello,

After 2 miscarriages, 2 retrievals and one failed implantation my partner and I ready to move forward with egg donation. Unlike IVF I don't know anyone who has gone the egg donor route with a clinic in Ontario.

Is there anyone out there who has? We've decided to go the fresh cycle route but I was hoping to get someone's experience. There are two clinics we've heard really good things about: TRIO and Create.

Has anyone gone through one of these clinics with an egg donor? Would really benefit from your experience.

Regards,
Threemakesbaby

Hi!!!!
We have really good references of Trio. But did not try because they have an age limit. Other than that I heard good things. Sorry, I dont remember anybody with a specific experience. Did you try googling reviews?
Create... We went, but it was impossible to pay.

Welcome Threemakesbabay! I am currently with the Ottawa Fertility Clinic (OFC) and doing the Assured Refund Program through DEB USA. I am from Newfoundland and OFC is one of the few clinics that my local clinic works with (IVF isn't available in my province) so we didn't really have the opportunity to shop around. We've had a pleasant experience so far...besides the difficulty with travel due the pandemic. I can't provide any insight into the two clinics you mentioned but if you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out!

Hi!  We used EggHelpers to find an egg donor and used Create for the frozen embryo cycle.

I found Create to be very efficient, like for the cycle monitoring in the morning.  I did a natural FET cycle, so I had to be monitored daily and was easy to go early and then to work right after.

Had success after many failed FETs with a previous egg donor in the US through San Diego Fertility Centre.  My twins are now 4, and possibly looking to do one more transfer.

Best of luck Threemakesbabay!!
