I have a baby boy in 2018 through IVF after two FET cycle. I have stage 4 endomeriosis , diagnosed after surgery in 2016.
The first Fet cycle I used birthcontrol pills which was negative. and second FET cycle using Lupron (after requesting doc a lot) , I got positive and I have a beautiful healthy baby boy. (I did get good suggestions from this forum - to use Lurpon to supress my endo) But something worked and I had success in that fet cycle. Post my delivery I do have chronic hypertension and now on procardia 30mg once a day. Now trying for second child , We did Fet cycle in Feb this year using birthcontol, estrogen and progesteron cycle which resulted in negative. I am hopeless , my fertility doc is recommending me not to use lupron, she says -it all depends on embryo and that i have 5 embryos left which are good quality all survived till day 5. I wanted to use lupron on next cycle but she says there clinic dont use this often . and she asked me to follow same cycle with estrogen and progesteron. she says there are many patients with endo and its just matter about that one good embryo. I am not happy because i think if my endo is not suppressed then it wont give successful implantation. ant suggestions ?
