Hey everyone!
Really not feeling well and needed to be around others going through this too. I'm 36 and I've been ttc for almost 5 years... This is my 3rd transfer (4th embryo), but I am really concerned about the cramps I'm having. I'm 8dpt and have a blood test scheduled for tomorrow, which I'm dreading.

Any advice re the cramps or just some words of comfort would be really appreciated. 😬

Symptoms or no symptoms can be or not be a sign of pregnancy. Hopefully your bloodtest was good, but I found I was pretty crampy after both transfers. One resulted in my 21 month old and one was a BFN.

Get regular exercise.
