Newtothis11- Ive never done a FET before just 2 fresh. My first found of ivf I had none to freeze and my last cycle I did a fresh which resulted in my son and 1 frozen
Nahte22- great news! My husband is not allowed in for anything at my clinic just patients only. Ive never heard of a Covid kit you think you would need to go to a testing centre if they wanted you to have it done?

AFM- I finally started AF yesterday. I start 2mg estrogen 3x daily Tomorrow. I go January 22 for bloodwork and lining check and if all goes well I will start my PIO that night and my transfer is scheduled for January 28th

MrsCann I'm glad your cycle started. Sending positive thoughts for your lining and a successful transfer. I've heard that the PIO may suck but i'm hoping you get through that with as little discomfort as possible.

Nahte22 - sounds like you are off to a great start! It certainly is exciting to get the process started!
Ive heard of a Covid kit, but I dont actually know what it is. My DH wasnt allowed in for the transfer that I just did or the retrieval I did back in October.

AFM, I caved and took a HPT today. Its really early at 5dp5dt but I figured Id try. It was negative initially but then I happened to check it a few hours later and there was a very faint line. Ive never had an evaporation line so Im choosing to see it has a good sign! Im going to try and wait until Thursday to test again.

This is awesome! I've heard that may women get BFPs at 5dp5dt. Try with your first morning urine, I hear its more concentrated then. Sticky thoughts to you!!!

I did test again today, not great results though. Extremely faint line, definitely not darker than 2 days ago. Too bad we can’t post pictures on here so I could others’ opinions.

Dont lose hope yet!! You used to be able to post pictures if you dont use the quick reply I think you can.

Also TMI but anyone use the estrogen vaginally? I feel like Im not putting it up there far enough? I wish they had applicators or something to make it easier

First photo was at 5 days
Second photo was at 7 days

I was happy with the first photo but considering the day 7 test was lighter, probably not a good sign.

Newtothis11-
Did you decide to test today? Maybe try a different brand and see what happens. Dont lose hope yet! I actually have those same testers they came with an ovulation kit and the lines on the ovulation strips sometimes looked slightly different even when I tested on the same day. Id try another brand! Ive heard that first response is the best. Keep us posted!

Muha - I’m not going to test today. I’m going to wait to tomorrow which will be 9dp5dt. If I don’t have a definite positive at that point then i will count myself out.

Newtothis11 don't count yourself out just yet. I'd definitely try another brand to see if the results are any different. Also how long did  go without peeing before testing? I'm hoping your urine may just be too diluted.

MrsCann- I've just progesterone vaginally and I felt the same way and the casings would always come out looking weird.

I had my second scan today, either my right ovary sucks and isn't responding at all or its hiding and they cant find it. My left side had  follicles measuring 11, 13 and  2 that were less than 10. I'm hoping all mature within range to give me more chances at a normal embryo. I'm feeling very discouraged at this news but I'm trying to focus one the positive. I'd love to have 2 but I know it only takes one!

Newtothis11 I also would try another brand in a couple days, when is your beta again? I tried those type too and they always looked different. Fingers crossed 🥰

Nahte22- sending you some good vibes & they find your right ovary and the grow some more for you!! I had none on one side (cant remember which side it was) and next scan I did even though I still only ended up with 6 follicles both rounds of ivf. Dont lose hope

Nahte22 - sorry to hear about your disappointing results, but yes, it only does take one. In my experience Ive always had a great quantity but not good quality so as long as your 2 larger follicles are good quality then you can still end up with the same result as someone like me who had great numbers at first but still only ended up with 2 embryos in the end!

MrsCann - my beta is on the 12th. I feel really nervous about testing again tomorrow so I may not. I just hate seeing that single line, Id almost rather just not know.

Muha - it really does suck. Im in such a bad mood because of it today lol. We have 3 more frozen so we will continue to keep transferring them. 4/5 transfers have failed for me so Im not sure if there is anything I can do to increase my chances?

I am extremely nervous and just ready it get things going. Ive been a nervous wreck! For some reason my clinic only does freeze all.. meaning I go through the stims EC following that then have to freeze all for a month then transfer... Idk kind of annoying. Im up googling stuff all day and night I need to find a hobby or something to relax me lol.

I agree, it is very common but you're coping very well.

SD11 sorry to hear about the news. Its so hard going through all of this just do get that negative. I'm glad that you still do have frozen embryos and can try again. I'm not remembering did you do an ERA? If not ask your RE about doing one before your next transfer. Although it's hard, don't loose hope! Hugs to you.

Nahte22 - I didnt do an ERA. I was told that would only make sense if I was doing a medicated cycle and I had decided to do natural because thats what I did when I got pregnant before. I did do a scratch, which doesnt have proven data that says it makes a difference but I figure it cant hurt

Anything that gives hope to helps IMO. Are you considering a medicated cycle next time around?

I had another scan today after 7 days of stims. Left side 17, 13, 12 and 11mm follices, and 11 and 12 on my right side. I'm waiting to hear what my RE plans me me over the next few days. I'm thinking the 17mm is too far ahead and I'm hoping I won't loose it. I was reading that 16-22 mm are best for retrieval. I'm wondering if the smaller ones will grow appropriately over the next few days

I go back on Wednesday, I may trigger on that day and have my retrieval on Friday, or I may need 1-2 more days of stim and have the retrieval over the weekend. Either way I'll have daily visits starting on Wednesday.

Hello ladies. I get to trigger tonight and have my retrieval on Friday! My follicles have mate it to 20, 20 18, 14, 1<10 on the left, and 20, and 14 on the right. My right made a big jump and I'm praying that there are more of good size on that side that just aren't able to see as I have a pretty big fibroid in the way. I don't have many follicles to work with so hoping for the best.
