Welcome Jerbitts and QueenJac! Hope your cycles are progressing well.

Morgy, glad to hear your lining check went well - good luck next week!

Returnable, when will you go for your next lining check? slow and steady, here's hoping for a good thickening for the next check.

My ultrasound and blood work looked good today, so we're all set for Wed transfer. I am cautiously hopeful. I don't love the actual transfer procedure so right now I am just focusing on taking it day by day and making it through Wed.

Carter, safe travels tomorrow! Transfer twins! smile.png

How's everyone else doing? any updates?

So I had my ultrasound this morning, I'm not responding to the meds as they would like to see. I was faced with a difficult decision this morning, cancel this funded cycle and try again in a few months. If you cancel the first funded cycle you get a second shot at a funded cycle. I only have two follicles that are mature, so I was told if I don't cancel I trigger tonight and have the egg retrieval on Friday. The doctor told me I was on the highest dose but did not respond as well as I could have. We were willing to pay out of pocket for this IVF anyway, the funded cycle was just an unexpected bonus at the last minute. We've decided to go ahead with the egg retrieval and hopefully both eggs fertilize and give us a shot at two babies. If this doesn't work out we will just pay out of pocket for the next one . Little bit disappointed today, but the doctor said they could be the best quality eggs. Feeling pretty gutted today.

Gaybie, that's great news! Will you have a repeat beta? Do you know when your first scan is? Hope everything goes smoothly!

Carter, I hope your transfer went well and you have a safe flight home tomorrow! I totally understand about finding this site hard to use on mobile.

Returnable, good luck on your lining check tomorrow!

Transfer #7 is done and now we wait and hope until beta on the 23rd! :) This one went so much smoother than my previous transfers, so I am very relieved. And I'm hopeful.

QueenJac, I'm sorry about your results, it's so disappointing to have limited follicles. Here's hoping both these follicles give you great quality eggs and embryos.

Queenjac - I am so sorry you are going through this. We faced the same thing, as others have in this group as well, though I know that is no consolation. Just remember it only does take one. The road ahead is uncertain, but know you are not alone.

Daisy - who did your transfer this time? Maybe PM me if you prefer that. Good luck with being PUPO...I'm sure that has warn off for you after so many times, but you know I hope the best for you.

AFM my lining check went well today (for me) and progress was made. I'm at 6.3 mm. I assume my next lining check will be on Monday.

Hi everyone. Hope you don't mind my joining in a bit late in the game!
I'm 9dpt and I've got a blood test scheduled for today, which I'm really anxious about.
To be honest I'm not feeling very confident about this cycle. We've been try for 5 years almost and at this point it's like it's almost like I cant imagine a positive... But at the same time I still get stupidly hopeful and optimistic. 🙄
Anyway, I've been trying to catch up on the thread and wish all you guys lots of luck!

Just had my ER, they only collected 1 egg. I'm feeling pretty down about it today. The retrieval was a smooth process, wasn't very painful. Minor cramping now. I hope and pray that my 1 egg is strong and excellent quality. C'mon little eggie and fertilize. If this egg makes it through the weekend, we will be doing a day 3 transfer in Monday. Wish me luck!

Morgy, good luck with your transfer on the 16th! FX for you!

Gaybie, congrats!!

QueenJac, sorry you didn’t get the results you were hoping for. Hoping that your egg fertilizes and you can go ahead with the transfer Monday!! Sending all the positive vibes!

Daisy, glad your transfer went smoothly! Will you test before beta?

Returnable, hope your lining is nice and thick at your next check

Eudamonia, welcome! GL with the beta!

Carter, how did your transfer go?

AFM, I had my lining check yesterday and I’m around 7.8 mm. Started progesterone today and my ERA is scheduled for Nov. 18th! The nurse seemed hopeful that I would be able to get in for a December transfer.. probably the week of Dec 14th.

Gaybie- Congrats once again ☺️

Carter- Are you back from Ottawa, how was your transfer?

QueenJac- Don’t lose hope yet. I know how you feel. I remember after my ER and the doc told me I had just 2 eggs retrieved I immediately lost hope and didn’t even want to continue but God’s willing both survived to day 3 and one survived to day 5. Keep your fingers crossed.

Cycle day 1 was yesterday; 12th. Going in for lining check next Tuesday 17th
