Unfortunately it is not covered, and not very cheap.

It was not covered. At my clinic it cost $750. I’m not sure, but I felt it made the difference combined with PGS testing as we brought home a baby on our first embryo transfer of eggs collected when I was 42. Son was born just a couple months after I turned 43.
