Hello :-) I was wondering if anyone has found that vitamin D increases AMH levels? My AMH is low and my vit D is often undetectable. I know the science says we cannot increase AMH, but I am wondering what your experiences are? Thanks so much - sending everyone light and love.
Vitamin D and AMH

I am not sure that it did anything for me and I had lots of secondary effects. I think the RE wanted me to be on it a minimum of three months before an egg retrieval cycle.

Hi! I had a super low AMH result last summer after two retrievals in which I responded poorly. I did get two embryos but no baby yet. In January, I started seeing a naturopath who put me on 2000 miu Vitamin D3 droplets. I went for a repeat AMH test last month and my AMH had doubled since last year. It's still very low, but who knows, Vitamin D may have been a factor in the increase! Just about to do another retrieval in a couple weeks, so we will see if Vitamin D has made any beneficial, non-number impacts! (Also drastically changing protocol so hard to link this all to Vitamin D, but couldn't hurt to get it on track!)
Me: 36, Hub: 36
TTC 4 years
Beginning 3rd IVF cycle- hopefully 3rd time's a charm!

For sure, vit D plays a huge role in the implantation process. In case of low AMH acupuncture or mesotherapy treatment to ovaries (PRP) might be one of the most effective solutions.

Thanks, Misskika007 and happyfrog. It is always nice hearing positive stories. I haven't been able to find mesotherapy in my area, but I will get on the vitamin D:-)

You might want to check out other terms for mesotherapy: PRP, ovarian rejuvenation, Ovarian Rejuvenation Therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma) Injections, or related. Good luck with your journey. x
