We selected our known egg donor after she had success with her ivf last year in January. Ive done 4 rounds with no success. However, this March, when we started the process, our doctor told us her ovarian reserve has diminished dramatically since last year. He only sees 6-8 follicles. She had 15-25 for her ivf. Im crushed. The only hope we have is shes 37. May possibly have a quality egg or two. Just curious, anyone ever heard of such a dramatic drop and still have a positive outcome?

It's round is different and I think quality is what's important not quantity!
