I missed alot of estrogen. By the time my 12 weeks were up I had half or a third a bottle left. I don't remember if I missed any during the 2ww and I never had bleeding (but I did have a SCH) and my pregnancy is still happily chugging along. I did elect to do daily PIO because I knew I would forget 3x a day doses, maybe that helped.

Hi Cotton, I should have been more specific. I haven't had my transfer yet, I go for a lining check on March 12th!

I did hear back from my clinic though. They said that the missed dose of estrogen would not have caused the break through bleeding to occur. They upped my estrogen to 4mg 2x/day with the lining check to remain on the 12.

Hi there - I missed estrogen doses both in the lead up to, and post transfer this past cycle. I was terrible! I think I missed a dose the day before my lining check and was convinced that was why my lining was a little less thick than before (but it was still fine to go ahead with transfer). And then I missed one dose, maybe two, in the TWW.  In the TWW I ended up taking my missed dose, waiting about 90 minutes, then taking the second - but not sure that was the best option. Currently happily almost 19 weeks pregnant - so it didn't mess up anything for me, thankfully!

I found setting my alarm on my cell phone to remind me was big - and then I had to take it immediately when the alarm went off or I would forget.
