Articles say TSH should be under 2.5 or some say under 4 to prevent miscarriage.
My TSH is normally around 3 and was 3.85 after a failed transfer.
Now doing a pre-treatment of Lupron and Letrozole foe endometriosis and my TSH is .8

When and how often should one retest TSH after starting estrogen for the frozen cycle? And how often ahould TSH be monitored when (even mild) hypothyroidism is suspected?

Thank you!
