You guys are much better than I am. I've already tested twice. Although, as predicted, it's a bit of a mind game having taken hcg 2 days ago. I'm 6dt, four days til beta!
Good luck smtb, if you do test tomorrow! I'm glad you have a plan in place for the future - that always helps me too.

Thinking of you both singlemama and emmettsmom for when you test!
How does everyone feel about exercise in the 2WW? I can not believe how great I feel compared to the fresh transfer. FET is so much kinder on the body! I have a synchro skating competition tomorrow so went to public skate today for a little extra practice (working from home..

Hope everyone is doing well!

Synchogirl, yes, the three have been faint positives (5,6,7 dpt = 1,2,3 days past last hcg shot). I'm positive that at least some of those lines are from the hcg shot, but I feel like they might be getting ever so slightly darker, so maybe good news??? It could be my eyes playing tricks on me, or concentration differences, or something. So I'll just keep testing and keeping hopes up and see what the official answer is next week.
As for the exercise question, I think exercise at the level of what you're used to, up to the point where you're comfortable, is fine. Probably not the best time to start a new exercise regime, but fine to carry on with what you're used to, as long as you're not hurting yourself. It's so cool you do synchronized skating. My sister was a competitive (singles) figure skater and I always thought the synchronized skating was so beautiful to watch. Good luck tomorrow!
Good luck emmetsmom, elation, singlemamatobe, if you test on the weekend!

Daisy, thank you for the good wishes! I always loved watching it and finally took it up as an adult (my club was too small for a team when I was younger), maybe something your sister should consider

Daisy- glad to hear about the double lines on tge HPT
So for those who are PUPO, any symptoms? I feel tired, got a sore back, and a little gassy/crampy . Oh and today felt a little dizzy for a moment. I'm hoping these are good signs 🤞

EmmettsMom - that sounds like a vivid dream...I wouldn't count yourself out just yet. I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom.
Daisy - thank goodness I don't have to test out beta! That would make me crazier than I already am!
Synchro - I tend not to do much on the 2ww (except the first three days while I was traveling this time - ha!) but research is actually really in favour of low impact exercise. Good luck on the competition!
Elation - drawing your own blood definitely falls into the "do not try this at home category"! I draw everyone else's blood so the first time I figured "why not?". Much easier than trying to make a lab appointment. I work with midwives who can start their own IV. :-0
AFM - I did drop off my blood for a beta yesterday but I don't have the results yet...so I took a HPT this morning to brace myself and it was positive. It's a start, right??

I am definitely making myself crazy. The lines all seem the same level of faintness, and today maybe a bit lighter. I am feeling a bit discouraged today but I'll just keep seeing how things go.

Mamasita, Im trying very hard not to overthink my symptoms. I remember feeling very sure last time (although it was almost 2 years ago and hard to remember) and it was BFN so I know the progesterone and my mind plays tricks on me. I have had cramping on and off and a little nausea this morning but otherwise I feel normal.
Just arrive in London for the comp. Thanks for the good wishes singlemama!

Thanks smtb, I do know that. I guess I was just hoping for a very clear darkening of lines over time. Or, even, a very clear lightening of lines over time. This feels very uncertain and I don't like uncertainty! But thanks, that does make me feel better.

singlemamatobe - That's amazing news! Congratulations on your HPT positive!
Daisy- Hang in there, HPTs can be such a rollercoaster..
EmmettsMom- I'm so sorry about the loss and the negative. This process can be so difficult and trying. It sometimes truly feels like rolling some weighted dice again and again.
My beta is on Thursday but I'm thinking of doing a HPT the morning of so I don't get blindsided at work or spend the day biting off all my nails. I'm scared.

Daisy - I pray that those lines are getting darker for you.
Emmettsmom - Sorry for your loss and the negative. Im keeping my fingers crossed that your embryo is just a late implanter. I hope that everything works out on Monday.
Elation - Im all for not being blindsided. My fingers are crossed for you.
Synchrogirl - Try to take it easy. I hope that the spotting has stopped.
AFM - Of course I decided to torture myself by taking an cheapie HPT since day of transfer. 🤦🏽♀ Last night I got the first glimmer of hope. Although its a squinter, I got a very, very faint positive, using the cheaply HCG test strips. I need to get some FRERs, to support my POAS addiction.
My beta has been moved from Tuesday to Wednesday. Ill definitely be continuing my POAS journey until beta.

Thanks everyone! I'm excited. I didn't even mind not drinking any of the delicious wine I bought for my party last night. :-)
Synchro - congrats on the gold! How is your spotting today? I just keep remembering how much they stress how normal it is to have spotting throughout the process with IVF. Try to stay positive (I know it's so easy to say - I'm much better at dishing out advice than I am at taking it!).
Teanerbop - Yay! It was so exciting to see that positive yesterday morning. It's the first time I've taken a HPT that was positive (my other pregnancies I only found out after the beta).
Daisy - I hope you are doing well today! I can't overstate how difficult this process is with its ups and downs at every turn. More downs than ups, it seems.
EmmettsMom - Are you holding off on testing again until tomorrow? I am sending a little prayer your way for tomorrow.
Hope everyone is well! I'm off to fill up my soul by going to see the Nutcracker with my little nieces. My littlest niece has a gastro bug so I will be staying far away from her (she is not coming).
