Dory - I totally feel you on the urge to test, but know its too early. I am 5dp6dt now. I've tested before with other FETs and been totally devestated, so I am going to try and wait until my beta on November 17 and relish in my PUPO. Knowing that no one can take away the fact that I'm pregnant right now makes me feel a sense of relief, especially after trying for so long. I know the outcome is still to be determined, I choose to believe.

gfrench - congrats on being PUPO! Welcome to the TWW. Will you have some time to relax?

ssb - welcome! I'm sorry about your mom. That must be so hard. I've been on a number of these groups in the past and I've always felt a great sense of support and community. I hope you will find the same.

AFM - just playing the waiting game and trying not to read too much into any symptoms :)

Dory - I echo what BabyforQ says! I know how hard it is not to test (man, I have never succeeded in waiting beyond day 6) but after last go-round, I have also learned how precious it is to enjoy being pregnant "today". This time I won't be in a hurry to risk losing that feeling!

gfrench - Congrats on being PUPO! Best of luck with the wait!

ssb - Welcome to the group! I hope you'll find lots of support and encouragement here!

AFM - I tried my "Mayan fertility massage" yesterday. WOW. Um - not the most comfortable thing I have ever done in my life (at all - a lot of it was uncomfortable and some was downright painful), but it's like I could feel tight areas and tension being worked out too. And while this may feel hokey to some people, I feel centred now, in a way I don't know if I have ever felt since starting treatments. Supposed to keep them up at home on my own, until transfer day.

Dory- hope you are hanging in there!!! Also think BabyforQ is on to something :)

BabyforQ- love your cautious optimism re: 2ww. I think I’m going to try that route with this cycle since the early tests and first beta brought too much false excitement last FET (chemical).

Yaena- No pelvic cramping on Estrace but that being said, I had a surgery for endometriosis that removed some nerves in my back so I can’t feel cramping unless it’s pretty strong. I’m sure it is a sign of your uterus making all of that beautiful lining! Passionflower tablets are a natural anti-anxiety/relaxation medication, very gentle but can sometimes cause drowsiness (though nowhere near some anti-anxiety meds!) I use tablets from a brand called Nova Scotia naturals mainly when I need to take the edge off. Highly recommend! Also very cool you tried the Mayan fertility massage- was recommended that for adhesions but a bit nervous of the pain! Hopefully it brings you a great result this time around.

Welcome Ssb! I’m in a similar situation as you are- had two natural miscarriages, tried for a while unsuccessfully and now IVF. I was a low responder so we only ended up with two embryos in the end, didn’t decide to spend the money testing them. Last month I transferred one of my frozen embryos but it resulted in a chemical pregnancy. We are transferring the last one this month so my only egg is in the basket lol! Also doing acupuncture & seeing naturopath. My naturopath recommended pomegranate, walnuts, dark chocolate and beets for the transfer/after transfer. Apparently beets are the real fertility superfood that nobody talks about! She also has me on Vitamin D & E since they can help with reoccurring miscarriages. Wishing you lots of luck!

Gfrench- congrats on the embryo transfer! Sending lots of positive vibes for healthy growth!

AFM- lining check today, 10mm with triple lines so we are good to go for the 15th. But more importantly, progesterone starts on Sunday!!!! :) :) :) :) :)

Yaena- love the chart you made, makes it easier to see what happening in the group! You will have to keep updating it if you can lol I've never heard of that type of massage before! Glad you feel good about doing it! Lots of positive attitudes around here this time! I feel like it will make a world of difference!

BabyforQ- you are probably right on the early testing thing! I'm going to hold off as long as I can, but will prob test on Monday. Lol

Misskiki- awesome lining! Only a few more days and you'll be pupo!! Wishing you lots of luck!

French- welcome to the tww! Hope you're handling it better than I am haha

Dory, the time does seem to be dragging even though I keep myself quite busy! Im 6dp5dt today. I havent tested yet, but I did order some tests from amazon and so Im waiting for those to arrive. I just feel so hopeless knowing that my embryo is such low quality. Part of me doesnt even want to test because I dont want to see just that single line. I think 7dp5dt is a safe time to test, although last time I got a positive I waited until 9 days so Im not sure if I would have gotten the same result at 7 days

Hi all! Just had a FET after my first round of an egg retrieval ending in a bad case of OHSS in March of 2019, a FET in July of 2019 ended in an early miscarriage in August, a cancelled round 2 days prior to transfer in late September due to medical complications from the medication.... Ive just had a frozen 5 day single embryo transfer on Nov 6th! Feeling stressfree and relaxed so far. Ive been listening to the Jackie brown - post embryo transfer guided mediation lots and loving it so far. Im going to try not to test early but know that Ill probably cave once I get further into my 2ww!

Thinking of all of you November transfers xo

Sarapaige - welcome to the group! Hope your TWW stays stress free!

Misskika - yes, thanks for those food suggestions! Funny, another friend had just sent me an article about beetroot being helpful too!

Haha - yes Dory, I have done the fries thing twice now. Pretty sure I did it after my first IVF transfer (my BFP) and I did it this past one too. I also did pineapple this time (in smoothies, with berries and spinach and a bunch of other things I read were extra good). Can't say whether the fries helped, but they sure made a couple of nurses jealous! (My friend brought them right into the recovery area to give to me!)

Welcome, Sara! Sending lots of positive vibes for your 2WW.

Love this McDonalds fries tidbit- any excuse to eat them is great smile.png

Started the PIO and suppositories earlier this morning and I already feel less like a nauseated emotional basketcase! Question- do you ladies normally bleed from PIO injection site? It happens to me every once and a while and wondering what I do wrong to make this happen!

Hubby got me French fries and FiletoFish from McDonalds on our way home. Now just here resting Netflix and chill literally. Sending baby dust all your way!!!!

Ssb- congrats on joining the tww club! Glad your transfer went well. I have also cried during my transfer a few cycles ago. I was just happy that both of the embryos that I had left were both thawed and looked good so I just cried lol let's blame it on all of the hormones!

Sarapaige-welcome to the tww!! How are you doing with it now? I am usually good for the first few days after transfer, then I go crazy researching and wanting to test lol

New to this- still holding out on the testing? Wishing you good luck!!
Misskika- I have never used that type of injections but I think I've read that others bleed with them as well but not 100% sure

Afm- so tomorrow is 7dp5dt and I was going to test in the morning. I don't know if I'm mentally prepared for another negative. I didn't even go and buy a frer test today. All I have are dollar store tests that I always used for back ups. So, realistically, I could test tomorrow, just not sure if I want to :( this is an emotional rollercoaster for me. I don't really have any pregnancy symptoms only the ones that are from progesterone. Part of me wants to know just so I can stop taking all the meds but the other part of me just feels like I would be better off not knowing a few days longer.

Me again! Lol
So, was talking to my husband last night(he works offshore) and I could kind of tell he wanted me to test this morning. So my son was up at like 630 and I did two dollar store tests at that time. I waited like one minute and couldn't see anything so I went back to bed. Five mins later I went back to check and there was a faint line in both tests. I went down to the drugstore as soon as it opened and took a frer test and I can also see a faint line! I'm beyond excited. I know It's probably still to early and I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch but for now I'm going to be excited and happy!!! I wish there was a way to post pics so u guys could see. I don't see an attachment button anywhere.
