I was diagnosed with Asherman's over 10 years ago and I have had several hysteroscopies to help manage the amount of scar tissue. I was recently informed that I should not have any more surgical procedures, yet the amount of scar tissue is still an issue and negatively impacts the likelihood of implantation.
I would greatly, greatly appreciate hearing any suggestions for other ways to try to manage the scar tissue/increase blood flow/improve endometrial lining without surgery. I am also going to see a reproductive endocrinologist to see if there are other reasons why implantation is not happening. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you have.
