At my last u/s I was 25w 2d but I was measuring 27w 2d. Every u/s previously (and I have had about 8 because I have type 1 diabetes pre-pregnancy) I had been measuring within 1-2 days either way. All of a sudden baby is measuring +2weeks. Does anyone have any experience with this, what it means, and if it typically continues this way or if it levels out?
Type 1 diabetes since 1996, thyroid disorder, minor symptoms of PCOS, male factor.

as mentioned Ultrasounds are not always accurate.  If your baby is consistently measuring ahead, you might just have a big baby, which can be typical of gestational diabetics, but considering your a type one diabetic, I'm assuming you are on top of your blood sugars.  Some babies are bigger than others.  I honestly would not be worrying about it, some babies are bigger than others, some are smaller.  As long as you are healthy and on top of your sugars, you'll be fine!  Trust what your doctor has to say about it, big babies are born all the time!
