Did the transfer today! Transfered one day 6 embryo. They did assisted hatching and said it looked good. So now we just cross our fingers and do those little things that might help (pineapple cores, warm feet, lol).

Congrats dusky and ML on your transfers. Wishing you both the best of luck.

Melissa- Your protocol was way faster than mine! Thats awesome your transferring soon.

I have been on Lupron injections since December 21st. I just started Estrace Friday ( 2 mg 1x a day, then starting Wednesday I go to 2 mg/2x per day). Im hoping this Friday I will be able to stop my Lupron injections. I have been getting headaches since starting the Estrace. Im still looking at January 23rd for transfer. Feeling like forever!

Any advice if I should do home pregnancy test? What can be some symptoms of implantation?

Dusky679, good luck! crsd.gif

It's stim day 9 for me today & I had more b/w plus the first u/s. I've got about 16 follicles total growing & he measured 9 ranging from 12mm-16mm. I go back on Monday to recheck & see if I'm ready to trigger. So that was all good news. The only concern I have is that my E2 is now 10830 & with that many follicles still needing time to grow I expect it'll be 20000+ on Monday. Yikes!

At least it's a freeze-all cycle since I'm doing CCS testing on any blasts, but I'm a little concerned about OHSS. I'll see what they say on Monday I guess. Hoping for a good number of mature follicles but not a crazy e2 level.

Karmapawz- how did it go on Monday?

I have headaches from the Estrace. Also the progesterone injections make me tired and hungry, so I can't wait to transfer and start waiting.  Since I live so far away from my clinic I will take an hpt on 21st and do a blood test on the 24th.  I am transferring 2 day 5, and I am so excited/nervous.

Nicole- your's is coming soon! My clinic told me I could take tylonal for headaches so  I have been.

ML888, good luck!

Dusky679, I always did HPT's but that's just because I'm the impatient kind. I couldn't wait until the bloodtest.

Esterk2002, the appointment went well. They counted 22 follicles, most over 13mm. Only 1 or 2 at 20-21mm. So I triggered last night with Decapeptyl (GNRH-a) to avoid OHSS with an hcg trigger. I'm not sure what my E2 was as they took my blood after the u/s & haven't updated the portal yet. So it's retrieval time tomorrow morning! How are things with you? Have you started the Estrace?

Dusky679, after fresh transfer a few years ago I did hpt a couple of days before the beta. I had to work the day of the call and I wanted a heads up in case it was negative so I could take the day off work. I knew I would be a wreck if it was negative. This time around I think Ill do the same, use a frer type a couple of days before. But maybe not. My beta test is on a Friday and so my call will be on a Saturday. Would maybe be better that way than taking the hpt test midweek and having to go to work after a potential negative result. My 2ww symptoms last time were sore boobs and abdominal cramps, kind of like I had done a lot of sit ups. Another girl in the forum at that time said the same thing and she also got a BFP.

Thanks ML. It feels good to talk to people who are in the same boat. My symptoms so far is that I am having slight cramps nearly everyday after ET. Also had sore and heavy boobs yesterday and some discharge. This could be due to the progesterone injection that I had yesterday. I guess 5 days after ET is too early to conclude anything. My clinic told me that my implantation will start from 4 to 6 days after ET. I had 2 3day eggs transferred therefore implantation can take time to occur.

The retrieval went well. Altogether they collected 21 eggs. They procedure wasn't bad, but afterwards it definitely felt like I'd been stabbed in the ovaries 21 times, lol. But much better now after a nap & more advil/tylenol. I'll find out tomorrow how many were mature & fertilized.

We leave next Friday for Europe! I started estrogen today and up it over the next couple days and then have a final ultrasound (i thought i was done getting these in Canada) on Jan 17th and then we leave on the 18th! I don't know when my transfer is yet though since I am doing ED it depends on her cycle. but man am I excited haha

BrittO - very exciting! Safe travels and keep us all posted!

AFM - I finished androgel yesterday and my OCP's on Saturday and started suprefact injections on the 7th. What a bear this week has been physically and emotionally. Today I start stims so I see the "light" at the end of this difficult cycle. Hoping for a reasonable amount of eggs (not 40) some good blasts, and a fresh transfer!

Karm - Thats great news! Those aresome great numbers. Hoping you get lots to make it to blast.

Dusky- I always started test early! Lol never got a positive only 1 chemical. Pregnancy has the exact same symptoms as the progesterone. I thought for sure the first few times I was pregnant but it was only the stupid progesterone so its almost impossible to symptom spot. Wishing you the best of luck!

Britt- good luck!

Single- its definitely nice to finally get started! Good luck with your stims.

Afm- I had an ultrasound and bloodwork this morning. I am now taking estrogen 3x a day 2 mg. My lining so far is 7.5 and she said everything looks good so far. E2 level was at 206. Not really sure what it needs to be with an FET. I go back Friday and should start progesterone with transfer the following Wednesday! Still have 1 more week of Lupron. This will be a month total on those injections!

Dusky679, I totally understand!! I felt the same way after our fresh transfer with IVF. We tested early with the mentality that if it was positive, we would be cautious optimistic that it might be true, and if it were negative we would prepare for the worst but not give up hope yet. There can be false positives and negatives, but it prepares you a bit. Tomorrow Ill be 7dp6dt for our FET, and Im tempted but not sure what Ill do.

Hi ML888 did you do your HPT. I did mine today in the morning however the result was negative. I know it's still too early(11 dpet) as I had 3 day embryo transfer, but couldn't stop my self. Now I will go for my bhcg on 17th but have no hope that it will be BFP. Only if some miracle happens.
