We did our first transfer in Sept and this is what we had to do.

I continued my Progesterone every day and Delestrogen every 3 days(the same as before the transfer.

I took a steroid for 5 days after the transfer to stop my body from thinking the embryo was a foreign body and attacking it.

Our beta was on day 11 and we got a BFP.

My clinic does a beta twice a week until the first ultrasound(I have discovered through my cycle buddies that this is unusual and that most clinics only do 2. I liked the beta twice a week as it was something to do while I was waiting until week 6 to do the Ultrasound)

I am 8wks4dys today and had my second ultrasound yesterday(I am continuing to see my RE as my OB had a long wait for an appt)

The progesterone and delestrogen injections continue until I have completed week 9(Nov 2) I can't wait until I don't have to do them.

I was on oral estrogen, aspirin and vaginal progesterone until I was ten weeks pregnant.  I was doing home pregnancy tests and starting getting positive at 5 days after our 6 day transfer.  I think my blood test was supposed to be at 11 days after transfer, but they let me take it after 9 days because I was getting positive home tests.  I had a total of 4 betas as it went up a bit slower than my clinic wanted it to, but all was good and I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks.  Good luck!

Really depends on your clinic, and your own history and situation.  I was on oral + vaginal estrogen until 12 weeks, progesterone vaginal + injections until about 16 weeks, buscopan oral for a few days to prevent uterine contractions, steroids I can't remember I think a couple weeks then weaned off, fragmin injections (blood thinner) until 12 weeks, intralipid IV once/month until month 3, beta tests done starting at 10 days post transfer every 2 days for 2 weeks, a 6, 7 and 8 week ultrasound, low dose aspirin until 36 weeks... so you really should ask your nurse/dr what your plan will be :)

Me: 40 41 42 43 44 45, single, FSH 6, LH 2 (FSH not high, but exceeded 2:1 ratio), DOR (AFC 5-7, v.low AMH), all else normal/healthy.

After a difficult 6 year journey of everything going wrong, amazing baby boy born Dec 2018.  Donor sperm + DEB-USA donor eggs.  Detailed journey in 'about me'.

I stayed on the same doses of my estrogen and progesterone that I was on pre transfer. First beta on day 10 or 11 post transfer and done 3 times every other day. The fourth beta waited 3 days instead of 2. Then ultrasound at 6 weeks as long as everything is continuing normally
Outside of that I was told no hot baths until 1st beta. Also no heavy lfting.
