I have rogers but I was getting the notifications before and nothing has changed in my email settings.  I have nothing in my spam or anything so I am not sure what has changed.  I really don't think it is on my end.

Returnable if you are not getting them either and don't have rogers.  What about others.  Is anyone getting email notifications?

Hello ladies,

Sometimes our notifications email can get blacklisted by your email provider. Please add ivf.ca to your safe list in your email options. Also are you not receiving any notifications or some?  I do notice a couple of you have rogers, the more information I receive, the more I can bring back to the techs.

Thank you,

~ Glenda

I think it seems to be straight across the board? I'm Bell/MTS and also not receiving notifications.

I recently turned off all my notifications, although come to think of it I don't think I was getting any recently. My phone is Bell, my home internet is Access (SK company), my work is who knows, and I'm away on vacation on computer with who knows what provider. Unlikely an internet or phone provider thing. Email accounts can be accessed from any phone/computer etc. Wouldn't it be the email server if messages are being rejected (i.e. I use a Hotmail account for junk mail/anything that generates junk mail, email account is independent from internet provider)? Otherwise on the sender end, not receiver.

Me: 40 41 42 43 44 45, single, FSH 6, LH 2 (FSH not high, but exceeded 2:1 ratio), DOR (AFC 5-7, v.low AMH), all else normal/healthy.

After a difficult 6 year journey of everything going wrong, amazing baby boy born Dec 2018.  Donor sperm + DEB-USA donor eggs.  Detailed journey in 'about me'.

I'm also not receiving any email notifications on the forums that I'm following. I think it has been a few weeks or so. I also don't receive PM notifications anymore either. I'm with BELL MTS.
