We are considering to engage CARC International Adoption agency from Toronto to help us with our dream to become family. Would you please let me know if you have any experience with this agency?
They facilitate adoptions from Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Romania. It does not matter what country you adopted from... I would like to know what your experience was with this agency.
