Hi there,
I'm about to start the IVF after numerous medicated IUIs.
2 of the IUIs worked however one ended in a MMC and the other a chemical.
My last IUI was letrozole and some puregon...as we move to IVF, we are looking at the same protocol but with higher does of puregon. It would still be considered a min stim cycle.
My RE says there is a good chance I may not have any good eggs left however I always produce 3-4 follicles and last time 7. They also indicated that it might not be worth going to genetic testing however I'd rather go through testing than transfer something abnormal.
I already have a healthy son at home so know I can get pregnant but it's all coming down to egg quality.
I'm just looking for a second opinion on what type of egg quality you see from a retrieval 40+. I have no other issues and have been taking all the right supplements for months + acupuncture.
Thanks!
