There is not a common guideline at all clinics and all doctors. Previously a minimum of 8 mm used to be the norm for good results, but many clinics want to see above 7 mm. Of course some what 9 mm or more...it really depends on your RE. Recent research suggests anything below 7 mm has a lower change of outcome, though being lower than this does not mean that you won't get pregnant. As far as the measurement it is the measurement that you have BEFORE you start progesterone that is indicative of outcome as progesterone tends to reduce the thickness (to no detriment).

I am searching this thread and must not be awake yet because I am sure the answers are here somewhere. I know my lining thickness from cd12 was good.
What is the desired thickness as time of transfer?
Approx how much is the lining suppose to thicken per day upto transfer and does it slow down once on progesterone?

Thanks Returnable. I was at .89cm with triple stripe which is a first for me. Usually day14 have good thickness but no triple stripe for a few days. So it threw me off a bit.

JIC - 8.9 sounds pretty good to me!  Good luck with your transfer!

Returnable - when you are attempting your transfer?

ERA went smoothly for my wife, fortunately wasn't too painful.  Her lining topped out at 7.5mm, not ideal, but we can live with that.  Waiting for AF to come and we'll jump right into our 2nd FET attempt *fingers crossed*

Hello to everyone! Sorry for bad english. I am writing from Turkey. I'm also the problem of the endometrium thinness. "Amazing grace" How's the treatment? Your 9mm, 10mm thickness was what most affects you think? Are you sure she B12? Herbal teas or vitamin E was also effective do you think? B12 levels in the blood fled before you start using B12? Why am I asking too high because the amount of 1200 mcg?

Hi,

Yes it worked for me but I can't say that it will work for everyone as each case is different. I took 1200 mg but it would be wise to speak to your RE about taking anything during a cycle.

"Amazing grace" my friend, was a B-12 supplement was normally been low blood levels of B-12 m ago from, I wonder? Is not that lead you to success B12 vitamin E not Have you thought about it at all? Maybe it worked herbal tea you use? Thanks for the reply "Amazing Grace".
I consulted my doctor B12 topic, I'm not sure I'd use it. B-12 1200 mcg too high for normal blood levels of B-12, but the excess is taken from the body of water. B-12, vitamin necessary for DNA synthesis and repair. Indirectly, the estrogen receptor can have a positive affect on TA, I think. This is subject to the execution of my mind, I do not know.
My last, the cycle was 11 days, 4.4 mm thick undercoat place, unfortunately. I used to Femara for 5 days and the cyclone progynov (estradiol valerate) I'm using. 4.4 mm sign of abuse going again. edildi.genellikl endometrial canceled numerous cycles between 4-6mm. Today I went to the doctor to başladım.cu Red raspberry leaf tea. Is there Neupogen 'who benefit from? My doctor gave me the decision. If I'm undecided.

I used Neupogen but it did nothing for me. I also did Viagara and tamoxifin which all failed largely. My best results was with B12 vitamins, low impact exercise, cammomile tea to relax the uterus and uterine massage. My lining got to 10.0mm

Veni vidi vici - have you tried injectable estradiol valerate (delestrogen)?  My wife did not respond to oral/vaginal/transdermal estrogen but has managed to get 7.5mm lining twice now on injectable estrogen with vaginal sildenafil

hopefuldadsomeday - I use estradiol valerate injection ever. Injection wife seems to have worked. 7.5 mm, very nice! Hopefully, resulting in successful implantation. Thank you for taking care of my message.

Asherman was seen in January 2018 deyapıl the hysteroscopy, adhesions were opened. That in subsequent cycles 8.7 mm and 7.7 mm were able to capture. But my doctor said you relax the uterus, the embryos were not transferred. What happens in the next cycle I do not anlamaya in uterine tissue. Yesterday ultrasound CD11 also 4,4mm, going so bad. 9. This is the worst treatment in 4 years.
RRLT Yesterday I started eating, I have no hope.

Amazing grace B12 worked, I hope that works, too. I could try in the coming months.

Amazing grace - Your 9mm, 10mm thick Did you use tamoxifen always in the loop? Did you use your B12 that tamoxifen? 10 mm very good. I intend to use my B12 next cycle.

I only used tamoxifin for one cycle and it had a reverse effect that made my lining shrink. The cycle where my lining responded best at 10 mm was only with B12, tea, massage, exercise, estrace. No other medication was used. No tamoxifin, no neupogen, no viagara.

Got our ERA results back, pre-receptive by 24 hours so my wife needs an additional day of progesterone.  Hope this will solve our problems!  I know hindsight is 20/20 but pretty angry that we "wasted" our best embryo in our first FET, wish we had done the testing earlier...

Besides Amazing Grace, are there any benefits of vitamin B12 that are beneficial to the endometrium? I'm curious about that.
By the way, I started with vitamin B12. I hope I have the benefit of the Amazing Grace.
