Hi Guys,

I'm new here.  Was looking through the old posts to find if there was any success stories of patients of Dr. Taerk from ONE Fertility in Burlington.  Anyone a current patient?

Thanks!

Dr Taerk isn't technically my doctor but he did do my embryo transfer and I'm now 6 wks pregnant. He also did my ultrasound follow up. He very thorough and will take time to clarify any questions. Since ONE has a team approach I wouldn't get too attached to "your" doctor since it depends on which doctor is on the day you are in. I've only seen my doctor for our initial appt. and 1 follow up. That being said I've had positive experiences with all the doctors, residents and fellows at ONE and I also find the ultrasound techs amazing. They have become incredibly busy in the last 9 months but they seem to have added staff accordingly and I'm typically seen pretty quickl.y

He is my assigned doctor. I have seen him more regularly during this ivf cycle (#2). I think that's because he's micro managing my treatment as I am on a very aggressive protocol. This is my assumption as It wouldn't be a good idea for multiple doctors to weigh in on how to tweak my treatment. He is a nice person, genuinely cares and a good listener.

Dr. Tarek is my assigned doctor too. Crossing fingers is right tho. Theres a team approach there which has worked so far for us. I think Ive seen him maybe 2x since starting all of this a couple years ago. I cant remember the doctors name that did my RE but he was really nice too. I know Dr. Tarek chose my protocol tho. Currently have 8 embryos that theyre taking to day 6 tomorrow. Do a freeze all as I have a GC

Good luck at ONE!
