My husband and I are really excited to ttc. But our family is telling us not to, even though they are happy for others who have successfully concieved.  If we were to get pregnant, I would be scared to tell my mom because I know she would disapprove but i can't really undestand why?

I'm sorry you and your family do not agree. 

 

Have you asked your mother why she is opposed to fertility treatments? Maybe you can educate her on the procedures and possible outcomes and it may ease her mind.
