[Seems like forever]

Help please

I'm freaking out. My HB u/s is tomorrow. I'll be 6weeks 4 days. I keep stressing that it's too early and they won't see anything. Has anyone gone on that date or soon and found a hb?

Please help put my mind at rest. Thank you.

Congratulations on a postive beta!

 

I believe lots of women manage to see the heartbeat and get a heart rate at 6w4d, but be prepared that it could be lower than you expect (which is normal at this stage). I believe if the heart rate is over 100 at that stage (6-7 weeks) the prognosis is good.

Congratulations!!!! That first ultrasound is so stressful for sure....i had an earlyvultrasound with my last pregnancy, I think it was 6w2d and we saw a nice strong heartbeat Wishing you all the best tomorrow!!!! It's so magical seeing your little bean for the first time and hearing their beautiful heartbeat ❤❤❤❤

Good luck tomorrow!!! My first u/s is mext thursday at 7w1d and im super nervous we will not see a heartbeat!

Thank you mamas. You're making me feel so much better. We're about to get on the highway now to head to our clinic. We have a two hour drive ahead of us. Hopefully I'll be posting a great update soon.

I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and 4 days.  She could only see a flicker for heartbeat but wasn't sure.  I went back at 7 weeks 4 days, perfect yolk sac, gestational sac, and heartbeat.  My anatomy is hard to see far back into my uterus.  So if you don't have a definite answer, don't worry.  Just wait a week and repeat, good luck!

Update

We've got a hb! It's too soon to measure it but we could all see it on the u/s. We're so happy.
